Electrical failure leads to bad landing

Aircraft: Piper Cherokee Lance. Injuries: None. Location: Whiteville, N.C. Aircraft damage: Substantial. What reportedly happened: During the flight the airplane lost all electrical power. Because of this the pilot had to use emergency procedures to lower the landing gear.
