A NextGen bonus: Reopened runways for GA

When GA pilots hear about the NextGen air traffic control system, the first thoughts are that it’s mainly for airlines, followed by how much is it going to cost? But blogger Scott Spangler at Jetwhine.com says there’s actually reason to rejoice: NextGen could actually open up hundreds of airports buried under Class B airspace to GA traffic.
