The worst may be behind Kingfisher

Kingfisher Airlines has experienced a challenging couple of years but there are some signs emerging that the worst may be behind it. The carrier, which launched in May 2005 has plotted a remarkable growth trajectory. It was already pursuing strong organic expansion in its own right, when it announced plans in 2007 to acquire Air Deccan. As a result, within the space of less than three years the airline had grown to a fleet of 89 aircraft, a rate perhaps unparalleled in global aviation.
